    Medical doctor (neurosurgeon) by training, currently working as a research assistant at the Movement Disorders & Neuromodulation Unit, Department of Neurology, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

    Over the past decade, has had the privilege of living and working in four different countries: Beijing, China; Florida, USA; Tokyo, Japan; and now Berlin, Germany. During these years, I initiated small Kazakh scientific communities, organizing monthly scientific seminars and special guest speakers. Building on this valuable experience, last year we launched a project aimed at connecting Kazakh minds in Europe—the Kazakh European Science Association.

    PhD candidate at the National Institute of Genetics, The Graduate University for Advanced Studies (SOKENDAI), Japan. I am interested in the combination of genome architecture and dynamics, aging, and computational biology. During a transformative internship at Brown University, Center on the Biology of Aging, USA, I learned more about aging and 3D modeling of chromosome structures. My academic journey commenced at the Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan where I earned my Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences. Beyond my academic pursuits, I am passionate about technology and community building. As a founder and lead of the Google Developers Student Club '21-22 I organized more than 70 events annually, from introduction to programming in Python, foundations of machine learning, basics of Android app development, and inspirational talks by academia, industry, and community development experts.

    As a key organizer of US-Japan collaborative events, I also assume the role of moderating sessions in KESA
